• Condition: Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
• Packaging: The item should be returned in its original packaging.
• Non-Returnable Items:Custom or personalized items (including custom prints or special orders). Items marked as final sale or clearance.

• Initiate Return: Contact our Customer Service team at anigostreet@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
• Return Authorization: You will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to proceed with your return.
• Shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrect upon arrival. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is received.
• Return Address: Returns should be sent to the address provided in the return authorization email.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days. Shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

 We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
